House Packages are provided when you reserve Corwin Pavilion or any of the UCen’s seven meeting rooms. These House Packages offer basic yet essential equipment that make any event a success. Other audio visual equipment and conference supplies are available for a nominal fee.
Corwin Pavilion House Package includes lecture style seating for up to 600 people and the following equipment: cloth/skirted lobby tables, Corwin podium with wired microphone, draped UCen catering food tables, projection screen, wireless internet access (must be ordered at least 5 business days in advance), decorative plants, and water service at podium.
Meeting Room House Package includes lecture style seating for 24 – 80 people and the following equipment: cloth/skirted head table, podium, draped UCen catering food tables, projection screen, wireless internet access (must be ordered at least 5 business days in advance), wall-mounted dry erase board and notepads with markers.
