UCen Dining is committed to serving
food in a safe, clean and sanitary environment. To accomplish
this we need your active participation. Regardless of
whether you work in the kitchen, a convenience store,
or one of the other dining units, you are an integral
part of our team. Everyone who works for UCen Dining
is expected to keep their work area clean, practice
safe food handling procedures, and follow our dress
code. This short course, along with the training you
will receive in your unit, is intended to give you the
