*Room rental rates include a House Package, which provides you with the basic yet essential equipment needs that will make your event a success.
**The Chumash and Goleta Valley rooms are permanent boardrooms that include a large conference table with eight rolling conference chairs and six to eight additional stationary chairs along the perimeter of the room.
Notice: Events that occur outside regular business hours will be charged an extended building hours fee of $35/hr for registered student organizations and $50/hr for on campus departments and off campus groups.
