Thank you for considering us when booking your conference room space.

For all events there is a Service Manager (UCen Employee) on duty. Please check with that individual about any problem or question you may have. Courtesty phones are located near every room. Push line 2, which will ring the Service Manager's cell phone.

Reservations must be cancelled 5 working days proir to the scheduled date for rooms in the UCen and twenty days before a Corwin Pavilion event, or rental charges will be assessed. If advance scheduling was required, fees will be assessed for cancellations.

No food or drink is allowed unless purchased within the University Center or catered through the UCen Catering Office (808) 893-2465. Orders should be placed a minimum of 10 working days prior to the event. Larger events require a minimum of 30 days notice.

Do not tape anything to the walls, windows or doors, or use lighted candles, or attempt anything that might otherwise cause damage to the room. Most rooms have tackboard walls.
No glitter, confetti or other similar items are allowed in the building.

Depending on the type, size and nature of the event, security may be required.

The UCSB Fire Marshall Policy states that no conference room door may be secured open.

Please be courteous to the next user by restoring the room to the way you found it and
leaving at your scheduled time.

The University Center is not responsible for any items stored of left in the rooms.

In the event of special scheduling needs, the UCen Administration reserves the right to
move groups to a comparable meeting facility.
